This is my first ever blog post. Everyone has to start somewhere and this is it for me. I have no idea how this thing will turn out but can only hope it gets better with practice.
I have been preparing for this trip for over a year now. We are down to 30 days before departure and I still have many tasks to complete. In my next couple of posts I will try and detail some of this preparation and the lessons learned. I will publish the good and the ugly so maybe we can learn together from my mistakes.
The good news today is gas prices are now projected to fall as much as $.25 a gallon. That can be huge at 6 to 7 miles per gallon. I expect to drive around 10,000 miles so those quarters will turn into dollars rather quickly. Til next time, Earl
